Processing time: 3-8 days

 

1. Incorrect address / lost mail?

If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks you should definitely contact me. All orders are shipped to the address you have provided . I am not responsible for lost or returned mail if the address is incorrect. If the mail is returned to me, I will happily post the item back to you but you will have to pay the return shipping.

2. How long do the nails stay on?

Wear time depends on how well you prep your natural nails before application, how rough you are on your hands and your choice of adhesive. With nails tabs you can wear them for a few days or even a few hours if you’re wearing them for a special occasion. With nail glue, for about 1 to 3 weeks.

4. Are the nails reusable?

Yes, only if used with nail adhesive tabs. You can buy high quality nail adhesive tabs in my shop:

 

5. What nail polishes do you use?

I use only high quality materials including strong nail tips, gels, acrylic powders, gel polishes and salon grade gel top coats

 

6. How to Measure Your Nails?

Cut a small strip of tape (for example scotch tape) and apply across the widest part of the nail. Make sure you press the tape into the sides of your nail! Use a pen and mark on each side of your nail. Peel off and measure the distance (mm) between the two marks with a ruler.
Check the size chart on the listing to see if your measurements match up to one of the pre-defined size options – you can find them in each listing. If they don’t, just leave me a note at the checkout with your measurements.
Please note that I can’t be responsible if the incorrect size nails are ordered.

7. How long will my order take to be sent?

All my nails are hand made to order. I am always trying to create all ordered nails as soon as possible with current creation time being 2- 7 days. The quality is the most important for me.

 

8. Cancellations & Returns?

We accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Any custom products CAN NOT be returned. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual colour, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable. Please be sure to order right size as we do not take any responsible if the wrong size nails are ordered.

 

9. Do you sell wholesale?

A minimum order of 20 sets is required for wholesale pricing. For more information, please contact us!

11. My package was marked as Delivered but I didn’t receive it (missing packages)

Once a package has been sent with Royal Mail/USPS/ other post service and the tracking number associated to the order has been updated, Fife Fantasi Nails hands over any and all accountability for shipping, transit and delivery. Fife Fantasi Nails assumes no responsibility for lost or missing packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on these orders.

If your order was marked as “delivered” by Royal Mail/ USPS/ other post services and it’s missing; check with your neighbors in case the package was delivered to the wrong address by mistake or contact your local post office.

12. What if the nails I purchased don’t fit?

Due to the handmade nature of our product we are not held responsible if the wrong size is ordered. We have sizing sample kits available and a size guide to help you can find the perfect fit.
